My Cookie Swap party is a way to gather friends & family to celebrate the Christmas Holiday! Everyone pulls out their best recipes to create a unique combination to share. Though we are all sharing it is a friendly competition. It is not limited to swapping cookies but taking time out to enjoy laughter, games and friendship while    stuffing ourselves with baked treats! What could be better...........

Cookie Swap 2011

Well another cookie swap has come and gone. As usual we all had so much fun and enjoyed the fun, prizes, food and meeting new friends. Thanks again to everyone for making it another hit. Already working on ideas and plans for 2012. Here are some highlights from last year. Hope you enjoy them and I will see you all again soon!

Cookie Swappin Time

I can't believe the time is here, to swap our cookies again this year.

It's time to search your recipe book, for the perfect cookie in taste and look.

Some will have raisins, nuts or chips, some with frostening that sticks to your lips.

Crunchy or guey, melt in your mouth, something decadent from the south.

Giant or bite size to fit in your hand, covered with glaze or sugary sand.

There is flour from your head to the floor, as you bake 6 batches you need one more.

Finally you're finished and as you stand back, you look at your cookies, there great that's a fact.

After we swap and someone has won, the outcome won't matter everyone had fun.

Remember our goal yes that's right, Friends and Cookies on a December Night!
